Our Pilots, mechanics and assistants are classified as Staff Members.
Pilots are paid .016% gross annual total.
Mechanics are paid .011% gross annual total.
Assistants are paid monthly.
All co-op citizens, even infants, receive monthly percentages accrued over their childhoods.
The more responsibilities a child can handle reflects his monthly payment.
All children are home-schooled principled by a PhD in Education with one teacher's aid per every 10 students. Students are promoted according to knowledge learned and retained. In effect, a 15 year old boy/girl could apply for college if the can make the grades and pass college entry tests.
